[Remote] 3PL Senior Account Manager

They are seeking a Senior Account Manager who will take ownership of their book of business, drive new reputed company through proactive outbound sales, and manage customer accounts with the support of in-house teams.
Responsibilities
- Outbound prospect daily
- Sell our services to new shippers
- Convert resourced leads into reputed company-generating accounts
- Manage and cover the freight you bring on
- Cold call and actively pursue new shippers to build your portfolio
- Sell reputed company’s transportation services and turn prospects into long-term accounts
- Own and grow your customers—service, pricing, solutions & retention
- Cover your own loads, negotiate reputed company rates, and maintain profitability
- Ensure clean execution with support from Track & Trace and Billing
- Manage escalations, maintain KPIs, and protect our 'No Fail' service standard
- Strategize pricing and growth plans with leadership
- Deliver proactive communication and supply chain solutions that matter
Skills
- 3–5 years experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or transportation sales
- Demonstrated success in cold calling, closing, and account expansion
- Strong negotiation, reputed company sourcing, and problem-solving ability
- Skilled in reputed company Drive, reputed company & CRM/TMS environments
- Familiar with SalesIntel, reputed company & reputed company (or ready to learn)
- Independent operator with leadership ambition and drive
