The role involves supervising Virtual Assistants and ensuring efficient execution of tasks across leasing, maintenance, collections, and administrative functions, while driving performance and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise reputed company leasing, collections, maintenance dispatching, and administrative activities
• Ensure reputed company rental inquiries are answered promptly
• Monitor reputed company conversion rates, applications, approvals, move-ins, and occupancy levels
• Supervise daily posting of rental advertisements on Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, reputed company, and other rental platforms
• Review guest cards, applications, collections reports, and vacancy reports
• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up until completed
• Manage and supervise team members and provide daily performance coaching
• Identify operational problems and recommend solutions to improve occupancy and collections

Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of apartment, multifamily, or residential property management experience
• Experience supervising leasing agents, maintenance coordinators, collections personnel, and administrative staff
• Strong understanding of leasing, rent collections, renewals, notices, delinquency follow-up, work-order management, and occupancy management
• Experience managing virtual teams and remote employees
• Strong reporting and organizational skills
• Comfortable working U.S. business hours and communicating clearly in English
• Quiet home office work environment
