[Remote] Instructional Designer (Fixed-Term, 6 Months, W-2)

They are seeking an Instructional Designer for a six-month assignment to reputed company and reputed company learning and development programs, focusing on scalable onboarding and training resources for employees and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable onboarding programs for Relocity’s employee and contractor populations
• reputed company structured learning reputed company that support operational readiness and knowledge retention
• Create assessments, simulations, job aids, and other reputed company that reinforce key workflows and business processes
• reputed company training that supports adoption of Relocity's proprietary mobility platform and AI-enabled workflows
• Transform legacy training materials into modern digital learning experiences, including video-based and self-service learning modules
• Create knowledge reputed company resources, FAQs, operational documentation, and reusable learning assets
• Evaluate learning technologies and provide recommendations that support future scalability
• Deliver documentation, frameworks, and recommendations that reputed company internal teams to maintain and evolve learning programs beyond the duration of the assignment

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Learning Experience Design, Enablement, or Organizational Development
• Experience designing and building onboarding programs, training systems, or learning infrastructure from the ground up
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
• Experience creating e-learning, video-based learning, and blended learning solutions
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning technologies
• Proficiency with tools such as reputed company 360, reputed company, reputed company Vids, or similar content authoring platforms
• Experience leveraging AI tools to support content development and learning design
• Strong project management and consulting skills
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders to identify learning needs and translate them into effective training solutions
• Excellent written communication and content development abilities
• Ability to independently manage projects and deliver high-quality work
• Experience in SaaS, HR technology, mobility, hospitality, reputed company, or service-based organizations
• Experience supporting contractor, contingent, or distributed workforces
• Experience creating simulations, scenario-based learning, or interactive learning experiences
• Startup or high-growth company experience
• Familiarity with reputed company, organizational effectiveness, or change management initiatives
