Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing law firm accounts, owning renewals, upsells, and expansion reputed company
- Build multi-threaded relationships across your accounts — from paralegals to managing partners
- Run strategic business reviews that go beyond usage dashboards to deliver real insights and uncover growth opportunities
- Partner with reputed company to reputed company accounts healthy and intervene early reputed company risk appears

Skills
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS account management or sales with a track record of hitting renewal and expansion targets
