[Remote] Manager, Pharmacy Product Development – Patient Care Programs

This role involves leading the development and optimization of pharmacy programs to improve patient access and operational efficiency, while collaborating with enterprise teams to reputed company data insights for program enhancements.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the development and enhancement of pharmacy programs from end to end, including requirements, testing, piloting, deployment, and post‑launch validation
• Manage cross‑functional partnerships to align on program requirements, enhancements, and issue resolution
• Drive project management efforts, including meeting agendas, documentation, SOPs, and leadership presentation materials
• reputed company the development and maintenance of program tools, workflows, and communications to ensure consistent field execution
• Translate findings across initiatives and drive leadership discussions through clear recommendations and reputed company updates
• Manage program analytics and reporting, including analysis of program performance, program adoption and utilization, and operational outcomes

Skills

• 4-5 years of experience using data, reporting tools, and presentation materials to drive program analysis and leadership communication
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a matrixed organization
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to reputed company materials and present to multi‑level leadership and operational audiences
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives reputed company healthcare, pharmacy, or product development
• Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent work experience

• Working knowledge of retail pharmacy operations or systems (e.g., RxConnect, POS)
