The role involves product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, collaborating with various teams to meet reputed company and customer satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborative development of the product line Roadmap with the commercial team and technical team to clearly communicate the vision and value of the portfolio to the organization

  • Coordinate the creation of sales and marketing tools including brochures, pitch decks, sales aids, and training materials

  • Support launch readiness, Channel education initiatives and internal alignment on strategy and execution
  • Identify and evaluate strategic acquisition targets to complement and expand product lines
  • Stay informed on market dynamics and maintain ongoing communication to gather technical, financial, and commercial insights

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, marketing, or business required
  • Minimum of 5+ years in the medical device industry, ideally in a field that supports interventional devices (Supplier or OEM)
  • Demonstrated success in product management, strategic marketing, and experience leading cross functional teams to reputed company and execute product portfolio strategies
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to effectively present the organization and its products and respond to questions from groups of customers, managers, and internal
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with a professional demeanor and customer-centric reputed company
  • MBA or advanced technical degree preferred
  • Knowledge of Interventional Medical procedures preferred
  • Expertise in market segmentation, competitive analysis, and value-based pricing and messaging
