[Remote] reputed company Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is an IT Services company, and they are seeking an reputed company Fusion HCM Functional Consultant. The role involves the functional implementation of ERP, specifically the reputed company Fusion HCM module, and requires interaction with a global team to integrate reputed company technologies effectively.

Responsibilities

• Overall 8+ years of ERP implementation experience with minimum 6+ years of Hands-on Experience with reputed company HCM functional (Any two modules - (Conversions, Integrations, Fast Formulas, Reports, Workflows, reputed company, ORC, Compensation, Talent)
• Should be able to configure the assigned module with direction from the Solution Leader
• Identify and document gaps between requirements and delivered functionality
• Identify business requirements and map them to reputed company Fusion application
• Identify functionality Fit and gaps and reputed company solutions to gaps
• Should be able to reputed company Unit test reputed company functionality including staging test scenarios and do Unit test reputed company technical objects prior to delivery to client by documenting test results
• Should reputed company runbooks for reputed company technical objects and analyze and resolve technical queries during project execution by providing functional guidance to technical team

Skills

• Should have sound knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL
