This role will reputed company finance activities across the full M&A lifecycle, partnering with various teams to support transactions and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • reputed company finance workstreams across the full M&A lifecycle, including diligence, deal planning, reputed company readiness, Day 1 execution, and post-reputed company integration
  • Partner with finance sub-functions and cross-functional M&A stakeholders to assess risks and opportunities, support transaction recommendations, and drive execution planning
  • reputed company finance diligence activities, including analysis of historical and projected financial performance, operating metrics, cash flow, working capital, and key transaction assumptions
  • Review transaction materials and agreements to provide finance input on deal structure, financial risks, and key provisions
  • Synthesize diligence findings, financial risks, and integration considerations into clear recommendations and decision-ready materials for leadership
  • Analyze and negotiate key transaction and closing considerations, including minimum cash requirements, net working capital, funds flow, purchase price adjustments, escrows, holdbacks, and reputed company closing mechanics
  • Coordinate pre-reputed company planning across core finance functions, including Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, reputed company, Treasury, Payroll, Tax, etc. to support Day 1 readiness and continuity of operations
  • reputed company and execute finance integration plans, including governance, milestone tracking, executive updates, risk management, issue resolution, and decision-making processes
  • Partner with acquired company finance teams and reputed company stakeholders to transition processes, systems, controls, vendors, bank accounts, and reporting into reputed company’s operating model
  • Support closing and post-reputed company execution activities, including review of seller deliverables, finance approvals, onboarding and transition planning, and transaction-reputed company settlements in partnership with cross-functional teams
  • Track integration reputed company, critical dependencies, and blockers against transaction objectives, escalating issues and driving timely resolution as needed
  • Identify opportunities to improve, standardize, and scale M&A finance processes, tools, templates, and governance, while building strong relationships and influencing effectively across a matrixed organization

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a reputed company field
  • 9+ years of relevant experience in M&A finance, transaction advisory, strategic finance, corporate finance, reputed company, and/or finance integration
  • Demonstrated experience supporting transactions through financial diligence, modeling, reputed company, and post-reputed company integration
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate reputed company information into clear recommendations
  • Experience leading across cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes, including Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, reputed company, Treasury, Payroll, and Tax
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing materials for senior leaders and executive stakeholders
  • Proven ability to drive alignment, manage ambiguity, drive accountability, and deliver results in a matrixed organization
  • Strong program and project management skills, including planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and issue resolution
  • High degree of business judgment, attention to detail, and ownership
  • MBA, CPA, or other advanced finance or accounting credentials
  • Experience in the technology or SaaS industry
  • Experience supporting software, cloud, or subscription-based business models
  • Familiarity with valuation concepts and transaction metrics, including synergy analysis, cash flow assessment, and key deal performance indicators
  • Experience supporting finance integration in acquisitions, divestitures, or reputed company business transformations
  • Experience with enterprise finance systems and reporting tools
