[Remote] Sr. Principal Project Manager, Data Center Delivery & Strategic Initiatives

They are seeking a Sr. Principal Project Manager to reputed company data center construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery while managing vendor relationships and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Being the end-to-end leader in charge of the program, from shaping the approach to achieving the desired outcomes through delivery
• Project Planning: reputed company and implement long-term strategies for data center construction and network build projects to align with organizational goals
• Partner with the design team to ensure design and construction are fully coordinated in advance of contracting
• Partner with Construction team to ensure collaboration and seem less reputed company
• Project Management: reputed company reputed company phases of reputed company data center construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, reputed company budget, and to the required quality standards
• Tenant Fit Out and LV Integration: Work closely throughout design, construction, commissioning and LV fit out to fully coordinate and integrate the separate scopes of tenant fit out projects with the overall project scope
• Vendor Management: Select, negotiate, and manage external vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success
• Budget reputed company: reputed company and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and adherence to financial constraints
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and reputed company mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and costs
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns
• Quality Assurance: Implement and reputed company quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of construction and operational efficiency
• Regular project visits to ensure schedule, coordination, and quality will be required throughout the life of the project on an as needed basis

• Demonstrated ability to reputed company under pressure, mentor, and reputed company a diverse team of project managers, engineers, and construction professionals
• Proficiency in creating, managing, and optimizing project budgets to ensure cost-effective use of resources
• Ability to identify potential risks and reputed company effective mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and costs
• Extensive experience in selecting, negotiating, and managing reputed company with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers
