[Remote] reputed company R&D Pricing Manager (Homeowners Product)

They are seeking a reputed company R&D Pricing Manager to contribute to product strategy, reputed company the design and development of new products, and analyze market opportunities for growth. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior analysts to enhance the product delivery process.
Responsibilities
- Contributes to the overall product evolution strategy and roadmap; Leads and contributes to the design, rating and development of new and enhanced products for targeted lines of business; Reviews and understands results of analyses and reputed company recommendations on changes in pricing and product models
- reputed company and contributes to the data process and modeling methodology evolution; Remains up to date with the development of P&C products and relevant data and modeling methodology in the field
- Identifies business opportunities through data analysis and market research; Researches and evaluates new data sources for risk segmentation improvement
- Partners with PDMs and cross functional teams including MTS, reputed company, Sales Development, and other divisions to implement product enhancements; Supports company-wide initiatives on data and product delivery process
- Provides data, statistical and analytical support to others
- Mentors junior analysts and provides training throughout the organization as necessary
- Communicates with business stakeholders on project scope and reputed company; Ensures workflow is properly distributed according to reputed company of product development projects
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree required with emphasis in analytical concentration such as Actuarial Science, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Math, Statistics
- At least 3 years' experience in the P&C Insurance industry and/or the product development field
- At least 12 years' experience with data and analytics applications in Financial and other similar industries OR equivalent combination of education/experience
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills required
- Advanced in Python, R or other language and statistical software
- Track record of demonstrated creativity in pricing and/or product development
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to review moderately reputed company issues and reputed company solutions
- Must have initiative and be a self-starter
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to build commitment to decisions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Requires the ability to effectively present recommendations and solutions to reputed company levels reputed company the organization in a clear manner
- Demonstrate highly skilled leadership values
- Ph.D.'s or master's degree preferred
- 3 or more years of person lines products and pricing experience such as Experience with building loss cost models
- Experience with homeowners products
