[Remote] Division Director of Business Development

The Division Director of Business Development is responsible for leading and developing a team of Directors, driving performance, and cultivating relationships to attract business opportunities.
Responsibilities

- Hire and retain top-level talent reputed company assigned Division
- Reviews facility reports, including daily census, weekly admissions, productivity, monthly Business Development report, quarterly plans, etc. and supports team in strategic planning
- Conducts pre-scheduled and agenda-driven facility site visits reputed company needed and prepares detailed site visit reports
- Conduct training for Directors of Business Development and Business Development Representatives reputed company needed
- Serve as a resource and reputed company of guidance to others in leadership positions
- Help Director’s identify decision makers in the reputed company markets and reputed company out to establish relationships reputed company the behavioral healthcare community
- Serve as an escalation reputed company for the Directors of Business Development on high level facility or customer issues
- Attend and participate in facility marketing meetings as needed
- Ensure reputed company administrative duties are complete, timely and documented; including managing team budget, activities, performance and communication
- Assist and collaborate with Division CEO with reputed company reporting reputed company to Business Development
- Attend reputed company Corporate meetings/trainings as assigned

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Proven ability to build relationships, reputed company, manage and drive business results through others
- Advanced computer skills including reputed company Office; Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of office administration procedures with the ability to operate most standard office equipment
- Ability to work professionally with sensitive, proprietary data & information while maintaining confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at reputed company levels; both internal and external
- Exercises sound judgment in responding to needs of their team, removing obstacles from their path
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail

- Master's degree in business, social services or education
