Responsibilities

• Advocates for the end user and stakeholder by empathizing and understanding user needs, remaining focused on desired outcomes, and becoming the domain expert
• Analyzes data through the lens of the customer and identifies goals, metrics/key performance indicators, and analytics to determine product value; continually making recommendations and refinements to the product backlog based on learnings, leading to reputed company improvement in owned metrics/key performance indicators
• Creates an environment where the entire team is immersed in customer-first thinking and turns customer insights into actionable strategies and priorities across products
• Takes ownership of business results and being a day-to-day decision maker, including communicating with and influencing key partners and stakeholders to deliver winning product experiences and outcomes
• Conducts and monitors research as well as the competitive landscape to recommend the best solutions and ensure that products remain or become best in class

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or reputed company position
