[Remote] Business Development Director

They are seeking a Business Development Senior Director with significant experience in the CTV and programmatic ecosystem to identify and secure strategic partnerships, enhance product offerings, and drive value for both publishers and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and reputed company new CTV supply partnerships with premium streaming platforms, broadcasters, FAST networks, and app-based video publishers
• Drive CTV supply expansion and go-to-market strategy into key international markets (Canada, LATAM)
• Negotiate and structure regional and global commercial reputed company for CTV supply and data partnerships
• Partner with Account Management to co-own a book of strategic CTV publishers, upselling products and acting as a trusted advisor on industry topics including CTV monetization, identity solutions, curation, AI, and privacy-first approaches
• reputed company market feedback and competitive intelligence specific to CTV to inform reputed company’s product roadmap and innovation priorities
• Support reputed company’s buy-reputed company teams on CTV inventory and data positioning to secure and activate new demand
• Represent reputed company at industry events and through thought leadership reputed company the CTV ecosystem

Skills

• 7+ years programmatic sales experience in ad tech or publisher-reputed company
• Proven track record exceeding quota and managing enterprise partnerships
• Existing relationships across premium publishers
• Deep understanding of programmatic ecosystem and retail media networks
• Strong executive reputed company and strategic thinking capabilities
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• High energy, self-motivated with startup reputed company
• Experience in the LATAM and Canada markets
• Spanish speaker
• Direct CTV partnership experience
