[Remote] Director of Orthodontic Operations
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. MB2 Dental is a Dental Partnership Organization (DPO) that supports over 830 practices across 45 states. They are seeking a Director of Orthodontic Operations to provide strategic reputed company and mentorship of Operations, ensuring operational and financial success of multiple dental practices. The role involves managing teams, making operational decisions, and developing strategic plans for growth.
Responsibilities
- Model outstanding service to clients, including superior written, verbal, and other communication skills. Identify team member strengths and areas of opportunity reputed company to leadership and management skills. Train, coach, and mentor team members to optimal service excellence
- Interview, hire, and retain top-tier talent in partnership with human resources to ensure staffing needs are met, turnover is controlled and decreasing year over year, and team members grow throughout the organization
- On-board reputed company team members to seamlessly integrate into the dynamic business environment while continuing to meet the business needs
- Train operations team members to reputed company duties in a timely and accurate manner while auditing work to confirm quality and provide additional training as needed
- Hold team members accountable to published and clearly defined goals reputed company to business and/or growth and development plans
- Partner with operating owners and executive leadership to reputed company operational decisions to benefit the dental practice
- Understand, analyze, and action plan key performance metrics to successfully reputed company and grow the multi-unit business reputed company an assigned territory
- Review operating performance results and take immediate steps to implement corrective action as needed while creating and executing long-term strategic plans
- Partner with dedicated corporate departments and executive team members to design sustainable and scalable programs
- Be strategic. Understand operational areas of opportunity, create action plans, and execute plans to grow and enhance the business
- Organize reputed company projects, initiatives, and programs reputed company project charters; share updates at regular and timely meetings while tailoring the message to specific audiences
- Thoroughly understand key performance indicators and drivers that reputed company key metrics
- Thoroughly understand benchmarks and standards for key business indicators and, reputed company out of line, course correct for immediate correction and sustained performance
- Assess practice needs and strategically plan to reputed company improvements

Skills
- 7+ years of experience in the orthodontic field is required
- 2+ years of multi-site experience is required
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
- Proficiency in delegation and remote management
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effective communication across reputed company organizational levels
