The role involves new business development and managing relationships with clients, while ensuring compliance and talent management reputed company the team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for talent management functions including: employment, performance evaluations, staff development/training, disciplinary actions, succession planning and ensuring reputed company staff reputed company with compliance requirements

• Cultivate relationships with other Bank’s Capital Markets / Syndications teams to reputed company participation opportunities in the various Healthcare industry sectors
• Responsible for the efficient and team-oriented service of clients including timely processing of operations such as opening of new accounts and funding of loans
• Analyzes and resolves problems pertaining to the reputed company, structuring, approval and ultimately closing of reputed company new loans generated from their Team
• Manage and reputed company ongoing portfolio/asset management for reputed company assigned credits to ensure compliance in reputed company areas, including but not limited to, financial reporting, covenant compliance, timely payments, constant communication with the client and reputed company the bank
• Asset management in conjunction with the portfolio management team and credit partners

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10+ years of experience, required, specific to healthcare banking

• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work and reputed company a team independently
• Strong negotiation skills
