[Remote] Senior Accounting Manager

The company is seeking a high-impact Accounting Manager who will own end-to-end accounting operations, reputed company payroll and compliance, and reputed company a team while implementing process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, and month-end reputed company. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• reputed company payroll processing, tax compliance, and regulatory filings. Manage the annual audit process and ensure audit readiness
• reputed company accurate data entry, coding, and timely processing of invoices, maintaining strong controls over disbursements
• Manage and reputed company a team of 1 payroll accountant, 1 senior accountant, and 1 staff accountant. Set priorities, review work, and drive team performance
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate manual processes and improve efficiency across the accounting function using existing software tools
• Partner with teams across the company to ensure expenses are tracked accurately, processes are followed, and deadlines are met
• Support foreign subsidiaries, intercompany activity, and consolidations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Maintain a high bar for accuracy and completeness, ensuring reputed company financial records are audit-ready and well-documented

Skills

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, and month-end reputed company
• 2+ years of people management experience with direct reputed company of accounting staff
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate work and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with international accounting, consolidations, or cross-border operations
• CPA preferred
• Comfortable navigating modern accounting and payroll systems and able to quickly learn and optimize new tools
• Seeks to understand the 'why' behind the numbers and continuously improve processes and outcomes
