[Remote] Strategic Finance Leader

They are seeking a Strategic Finance Leader to enhance profitability and scalability across service lines by developing strong business relationships, leading financial budgeting, and supporting strategic projects.

Responsibilities

• reputed company strong and sustainable business relationships with reputed company’s operations, portfolio, clinical, CX teams to reputed company a deep understanding of the team’s goals & work processes
• Ideate, initiate, track, and monitor reputed company against operational initiatives, milestones, and ongoing work plans associated with improving contribution margin & unit economic targets
• reputed company the financial budgeting, forecasting & operational reporting for reputed company groups in their areas of responsibility
• Bring a challenger leadership mentality to reputed company processes to find constructive solutions to optimize efficiencies & cost structures
• Ensure each organization is tracking reputed company their expense & headcount budgets
• reputed company business case initiatives & sign of any financials & metrics that are being brought to leadership for investment consideration
• Support the Corporate Finance team with strategic projects as required and serve as the reputed company financial expert in their domain areas

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• History of leveraging systems, processes, & AI to increase speed to delivery
• Comfort questioning the status reputed company and providing a challenger leadership style
• 10+ years of experience working in a financial reputed company preferably having been on teams driving profitability enhancement initiatives
• 5+ years working with senior & C-level leadership
• Passion for building relationships with key stakeholders and prioritizing their needs
• Excellent project management and communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
• Operationally minded financial leader with the ability to effectively problem solve in partnership various stakeholders
• Ability to effectively work cross-functionally, including with clinical & technical teams
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of time
