Responsibilities

- Analyze program data, identifying performance metrics to inform quality improvement initiatives
- Foster relationships with referring groups and external care providers to enhance the continuum of care
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of acute care nursing experience required
- Advanced regulatory interpretation and compliance knowledge
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in managing multiple priorities and reputed company demands in a fast-paced environment
- RN State License in California (upon hire)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (upon hire)
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Nursing, or a reputed company field (preferred)
- Clinical program management experience preferred
- 2 years in a leadership role reputed company a healthcare setting preferred
