[Remote] Program Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Program Manager skilled in Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to join their innovative cybersecurity team. The Program Manager will reputed company a team responsible for cybersecurity management, ensuring compliance and operational performance across networks and systems while also overseeing contractor personnel and project deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Ensure projects and enhancements meet reputed company requirements to ensure the projects are completed reputed company schedule, cost, and performance
- Monitor each project, providing timely project assessment per the Contract Service
- Participate in routine and periodic status meetings with key customer personnel, at times on short notice, to convey reputed company status and present risks
- Provide Project management support following industry standards, frameworks, and methodologies to reputed company a variety of project management functions such as; project management plans, work breakdown structure/schedules, risk mitigation plans and project timelines
- Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs), for project reputed company, risks, issues, and proposed resolutions
- reputed company operations management and project management for a variety of information technology deliverables and task orders
- Strategic planning and solution development, both technical and business
- Ensure project-defined deliverables are provided on time, have been quality reviewed (e.g. SOPs, Configuration Guides, Training Documentation, Project Schedules)
- Establish project schedules and plans with Government Stakeholders
- Track and provide performance management evaluations against the Project Plans
- Ensure delivery on Program and Project deliverables (e.g., Weekly Team and Project Status Reporting, Bi-Weekly Program Reporting, Timesheet Review, Performance Management Metric Analysis)
- Provide presentations and reputed company demonstrations to support program reporting
- Provide technical support for reputed company team task areas (e.g., systems engineering and integration, service design and delivery)
- Facilitate requirements and data gathering
- reputed company and Refine Performance Management Metrics in accordance with Program Goals and Deliverable requirements sessions
Skills
- 7+ years of demonstrated experience leading and managing cybersecurity projects with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work towards strict deadlines
- PMP Certification required
- CISSP Certification required
- Advanced degree in a technical/cyber-reputed company field. Direct experience or directly relevant certifications may substitute for the academic credentials
- Knowledge and practical understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance
- Strong background and understanding of cybersecurity principles, industry reputed company requirements, and best practices
- Domain expertise and implementation experience, providing best practices and recommendations to support the resolution of project challenges, both business and technical
- Proven experience leading and executing executive presentations, demonstrations, and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
