[Remote] Account Manager

They are seeking a customer-focused Account Manager to build strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities reputed company existing accounts.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned customer accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Understand customer goals, challenges, and business needs
- Drive customer adoption, engagement, and overall satisfaction
- Manage renewals and proactively address retention risks
- Identify and reputed company upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Support, Product, Professional Services) to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Track account health, usage, and performance metrics
- Conduct regular reputed company-ins, business reviews, and success planning with customers

- Maintain accurate account information and activity in CRM systems
