[Remote] Project Manager, Acquisition Integration

Emerald is seeking an reputed company Project Manager, Acquisition Integration to reputed company acquisition integration projects across the organization. This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing integration activities following mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless alignment of systems, processes, and teams.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and manage detailed project plans for acquisition integration, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate with Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure smooth integration of acquired entities
- Identify potential risks and reputed company mitigation strategies to minimize disruption during integration
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for integration updates, providing clear and timely communication to executives and stakeholders
- Recommend and implement best practices for integration processes to improve efficiency and reduce complexity

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or reputed company field
- 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in M&A or acquisition integration projects

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
