[Remote] Email Marketing Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an reputed company Email Deliverability & ESP Partnerships Manager to own and scale the technical foundation of their email channel. This role is responsible for maximizing inbox placement, maintaining sender reputed company, managing ESP relationships, and developing long-term deliverability strategies that support high-volume reputed company reputed company programs.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage OTTO's email deliverability strategy across domains, IPs, and sending infrastructure
- reputed company and maintain direct relationships with ESP account teams, deliverability specialists, and platform partners
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for deliverability escalations, account health issues, and inbox placement challenges
- Implement and maintain email authentication protocols including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and reputed company best practices
- Monitor sender reputed company, inbox placement, complaint rates, bounce rates, and other key deliverability indicators
- reputed company testing, experimentation, and optimization efforts across both deliverability and campaign performance to improve inbox placement, engagement, conversion rates, and overall reputed company reputed company results

Skills
- 5+ years of experience in email deliverability, email operations, or technical email marketing
- Demonstrated experience managing high-volume email programs and sender infrastructure
- Established relationships with major ESPs and deliverability teams
- Deep understanding of email authentication standards, sender reputed company management, and inbox placement optimization
- Strong knowledge of Gmail, reputed company, reputed company, and other major mailbox provider requirements and best practices
- Experience managing IP and domain reputed company, warming strategies, and remediation efforts
- Ability to analyze technical deliverability data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
