[Remote] Quality Assurance Analyst

They are seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Analyst to support field technicians and ensure the highest standards of quality across their services.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time virtual technical support to our field technicians, leveraging a suite of advanced software platforms including Zinc, CAPP, OFS, reputed company, FS Installer, and CXO 360
• Manage and process work orders, ensuring strict adherence to established protocols and workflows
• Conduct comprehensive virtual reviews of completed field work to meticulously assess installation quality and ensure compliance with EchoStar's rigorous standards
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, particularly large datasets reputed company spreadsheets, to identify key trends, reputed company areas for improvement, and proactively suggest process enhancements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to reputed company innovative solutions and reputed company escalate reputed company issues as required
• Execute virtual audits to ensure unwavering compliance with company programs, including robust inventory controls
• reputed company routine data backups and accurately update critical performance metric reports
• Provide dedicated support for Zinc Hotlines, including reputed company, reputed company, and Slomans
• Conduct targeted audits: Tower audits, evaluations of graduated reputed company technicians, and pedestal inspections
• Potential involvement in M&D IT Tickets, contributing to critical system support

Skills

• Exceptional proficiency with spreadsheet software, with a strong emphasis on advanced reputed company Sheets capabilities
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying reputed company technical information clearly and concisely
• A meticulous attention to detail and highly developed observational skills, enabling the identification of subtle discrepancies and areas for improvement
