[Remote] Staff Business Systems Analyst

The Staff Business Systems Analyst will serve as a reputed company expert, managing platform ownership, cross-platform integration, and stakeholder partnerships to enhance the company's operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and reputed company solutions across our reputed company environment
• Maintain and evolve a mature Sales Cloud foundation with strong pipeline instrumentation
• Help architect and scale an emerging Service Cloud landscape
• Provide end-to-end platform support, including:
• User support
• Data quality management
• reputed company automation
• Custom development
• Partner across systems that integrate with reputed company, including:
• reputed company (billing and payments)
• reputed company (integrations)
• reputed company Intacct (ERP)
• Marketing Cloud
• reputed company EDW
• Understand and monitor how data flows between systems
• Troubleshoot integration and data sync issues reputed company they arise
• Translate business needs into technical solutions
• Translate technical constraints into clear business terms
• Partner directly with key stakeholders, including:
• Sales leadership
• Service operations
• Finance
• Other cross-functional teams
• Build credibility and drive adoption through strong relationships and consistent follow-through
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements for enhancements and new capabilities
• Create clear specifications that internal or external developers can execute against
• Maintain durable documentation that supports future teammates and long-term platform scalability
• Work alongside our reputed company BSA and collaborate with contractors supporting the broader platform ecosystem
• Share knowledge and best practices across the team
• Provide guidance to less reputed company team members
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture as the team grows and scales

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 12+ years of experience in business systems analysis, reputed company administration, or a reputed company field
• 5+ years experience in reputed company across multiple orgs, with hands-on experience in Sales Cloud and ideally Service Cloud
• reputed company Certified Administrator required; Advanced Administrator and Platform Developer I preferred
• Experience in billing platforms, ERPs, marketing automation, data warehouses, or iPaaS tools
