[Remote] Senior Strategic Account Manager- Pharma

The Senior Strategic Account Manager will manage key relationships with top pharmaceutical clients, ensuring account growth and retention while aligning client objectives with H1's solutions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the executive-level reputed company of contact for strategic accounts, building long-term, trusted partnerships across C-Suite, Regional, Franchise, and Business Unit leaders
- Ensure account retention by leading Executive Business Reviews, navigating renewals, and proactively addressing risks to customer retention
- Act as H1's ambassador reputed company customer steering committees, driving alignment between customer priorities and H1’s roadmap

- Identify and drive new business reputed company existing accounts reputed company tailored prospecting, customer events, and networking

- Represent customer perspectives internally, ensuring H1 delivers best-in-class solutions and support
- Accurately forecast quarterly reputed company and pipeline for your accounts, maintaining rigorous CRM hygiene and deal progression updates
- Partner with reputed company and Implementation teams (US and international) to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement

Skills
- 8+ years of experience in B2B enterprise SaaS account management, preferably reputed company Life Sciences data, Pharma, or Medical Affairs environments
- Demonstrated success managing and growing a multi-million-dollar portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts
- Strong executive reputed company with the ability to engage, influence, and build trust with C-suite stakeholders
- Proven track record of driving expansion ARR reputed company large enterprise accounts through strategic account planning and value realization
- Strong commercial acumen, including experience with reputed company deal negotiation, pricing strategy, and reputed company forecasting
