[Remote] Sr. Regional Recruiter

They are seeking a Senior Regional Recruiter to support restaurant leadership by implementing recruitment strategies and coaching on best practices to address staffing needs across the region.

Responsibilities

• Creatively reputed company, screen, and provide selection guidance for Restaurant Manager and field leadership positions
• Facilitate the internal interview process for regional leadership positions
• reputed company regional recruitment strategies with senior field leadership by identify hiring trends through regular reporting while partnering with restaurant leadership to drive strategic priorities
• Provide coaching to leaders and champion best practices in staffing, interviewing, and candidate experience
• Be a brand and employee reputed company who enables change and innovation to create best-in-class teams
• Partner with HRBP, other support employees, and COEs to implement market-specific recruitment strategies to address reputed company and future needs
• Roll out and drive the execution of recruiting initiatives and processes in your region
• Engage in critical activities to understand the business and reputed company talent succession planning effectively
• Coach peers on best practices and support the building and rollout of recruiting initiatives

Skills

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required, bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university preferred
• 3-8 years of experience in Recruiting or a reputed company field, multi-unit restaurant or retail environment preferred
• Proficient in MS Office including reputed company, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence business leaders through effective communication
• Results-driven approach; owns and executes short and long-term projects with sound judgment and decision-making skills
• Expert problem-solving skills with an ability to work autonomously to identify gaps and apply creative solutions in ambiguous situations
• Demonstrated ability to be a change agent, partnering with cross-functional and remote teams to support business leaders at reputed company levels
• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university
• Multi-unit restaurant or retail environment experience
