[Remote] Content Marketing Manager, Delivery Enablement

The Marketing Manager for Delivery Enablement is responsible for creating tailored messaging and materials to enhance client engagements and demonstrate the company's value, ensuring delivery teams are equipped with the right narratives to support client growth.

Responsibilities

• reputed company customized client facing content such as executive updates, outcome reports, engagement overviews, and strategic growth recommendations
• Partner closely with delivery and account leadership to understand the client’s priorities, history with reputed company, and areas of potential expansion
• Translate delivery outcomes and technical achievements into compelling narratives that reputed company with executive stakeholders
• reputed company delivery teams with high quality messaging and materials that strengthen trust and credibility with client executives
• Create materials that demonstrate how reputed company’s services map to client goals and open reputed company for expanded engagements
• Anticipate client questions and objections, and ensure messaging proactively addresses them

Skills

• 5 plus years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or client communications, preferably in consulting, SaaS, or enterprise services
• Proven ability to create client specific content and messaging that resonates with executive stakeholders
• Strong storytelling and writing ability, with a track record of simplifying technical outcomes into compelling business narratives
• Experience partnering directly with client facing and delivery teams
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to balance multiple client needs
• Employment eligibility: must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada without the need for sponsorship
• Travel availability: we divide our time between working remotely and visiting our client sites located throughout the U.S. For most roles, travel typically ranges from 10-50%, depending on client need
