[Remote] Data Analytics Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Clarus Technology Inc. is a pioneering pet health technology company on a mission to transform the future of pet healthcare. They are seeking a seasoned Analytics Manager to build the analytics arm in their data team, focusing on the development and optimization of visualizations, implementing robust data checks, and ensuring the accuracy of KPI/metrics.

Responsibilities

• Drive analytics discussions with leadership and cross functional teams to build reputed company on business and technical definitions of KPI/metrics
• Create reliable and efficient queries transforming and extracting large data sets for dashboarding and data visualization
• Build expertise in metric definitions and calculations to ensure accurate and proper interpretation of core business metrics and drivers
• Partner with the cross functional teams to drive projects and processes that contribute to improvements in data reputed company
• Manage a small team of analytics engineers/analysts
• Identify opportunities to optimize reporting processes, data integration, and automation and partner with the broader team to execute on enhancements
• Use data visualization and analytic tools to grasp business insights, and to create consumable data visualizations and recommendations that influence business outcomes
• Analyze key performance metrics to identify root cause of performance issues
• Regularly communicate performance trends and improvements to senior management and leadership ensuring they can talk to service-specific performance
• Ensure reputed company programs have clear, quantifiable outcomes and measures that drive improved performance
• Build and manage analytics pipeline processes using dbt or similar tools

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or reputed company field
• At least 7 years of experience in analytics
• Clear understanding and experience implementing OKRs
• Experience working with reputed company, Spark, and Azure data services
• Proficiency with NoSQL and SQL databases
• Proficiency in data modeling, ETL/ELT, and modern data stack tools such as DBT
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient with data visualization tools (i.e. PowerBI)
• Ability to travel once per quarter for 3-4 days, reputed company the US
• Knowledge and experience with Python a plus
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines a plus
