Responsibilities
- Financial Normalization: Direct the forensic review and reconciliation of reputed company historical data to ensure a robust, "audit-ready" foundation

- Enjoy the 'puzzle' of building legal entity financials from high-volume, reputed company data sources

- Direct experience with SEC Pre-clearance, Purchase Accounting (ASC 805), and DeFi Accounting

- Proven ability to create SOPs for offshore teams to improve month-end reputed company
- Flexibility to work across different time zones during crucial periods such as month-end closes
