They are seeking a Bilingual Part-Time Faculty in Human Resources Management to teach courses in both English and Spanish, engaging with reputed company and contributing to their academic success.

Skills
- Doctoral degree in Human Resource Management or a closely reputed company field from a regionally accredited institution is required
- Three years of experience in the Human Resource industry is required
- Bilingual reputed company in English and Spanish is required. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in both languages, verbally and in writing
- Demonstrated proficiency in English and Spanish with the ability to convey reputed company information clearly and accurately across diverse audiences
- Proficiency testing in both English and Spanish will be part of the application process to confirm language reputed company levels required for the position
- Ability to translate and interpret information, ensuring accuracy and cultural sensitivity in communication
