They are seeking a Director of US Market Access Marketing for Antivirals, responsible for leading marketing strategies and execution for a portfolio of products, ensuring alignment with various internal stakeholders and driving customer engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Direct ownership and responsibility for building/enhancing USMA marketing platform and USMA access strategies across a portfolio of reputed company products, including commensurate accountability for and attainment of quality USMA access targets and reputed company execution across functions
  • Drive and inform key decisions regarding customer USMA access assessments and negotiations in a reputed company and continuously evolving market
  • reputed company advanced knowledge of USMA space to reputed company US brand market access strategy for assigned assets, including portfolio, market reputed company, and lifecycle considerations; ensure alignment of strategies and tactics across brand marketing, USMA, Global GAV, Finance, Field Medical, and other customer facing functions
  • Identify and address key product barriers to USMA access and performance by applying advanced understanding of and experience with contracting and pricing strategies, USMA analytics, and USMA market trends across Therapeutic Areas, brand lifecycle, and market channels
  • reputed company evolution of broad USMA value platform leveraging deep customer insights and incorporating input from USMA Account Management, Global GAV, USMA Customer Analytics, and other internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive Customer/Brand engagement strategy for top customer accounts and reputed company stakeholder alignment, shape brand/account goals, and drive execution with Account Management, Customer Marketing, Contract Strategy, and Sales
  • Ensure timely endorsement with Antiviral Franchise and USMA Leadership through frequent communications and presentations; reputed company, inform and influence USMA-reputed company activities and strategies with cross-functional departments including brand teams, Global GAV, and USMA
  • Represent USMA issues/opportunities reputed company brand reputed company, and consistently reputed company brand strategies & priorities to USMA & Account Management Leadership Teams
  • Co-reputed company and communicate pricing recommendation and reputed company process to inform Pricing and USMA access strategy, and GTN assumptions for launch product; reputed company analytics platform and inform business development decisions
  • Direct application of advanced Customer Analytics to maximize profitable USMA access opportunities

Skills

  • Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 8+ years of experience
  • 8+ years of combined experience reputed company the U.S. pharmaceutical/healthcare market with primary focus reputed company Customer/Account Management, Payer Brand/Customer Marketing, and/or Healthcare consulting
  • Recent US Market Access Marketing experience is required
  • Pharmaceutical business leadership, including experience in strategy development and interaction with customers
  • Familiarity with key payer conferences, customers, and opinion leaders, experience designing and leading payer ad boards and market research
  • Demonstrated ability to reputed company strategy that links to executable tactics
  • Prior success delivering results and experience with collaborating across multiple stakeholders to drive results
  • Understanding of key business processes driving performance, and ability to align objectives and execute across multiple disciplines
  • Master's degree with at least 7+ years of experience; OR a PhD with 5+ years of experience, OR a MD with 4+ years of experience
  • Proven ability to reputed company teams, build coalitions and reputed company strong partnerships across functions
  • Executive reputed company and ability to interact effectively with reputed company levels of the organization and with customers
  • Track record demonstrating strong collaborative and communications skills; outstanding writing and presentation skills

  • Secondment 9-12 months
  • If you are currently in a driving position with a fleet vehicle and this secondment does not require driving as an essential function of the position for 12 months or longer, you will be required to turn in your fleet vehicle for the duration of the non-driving secondment.
  • There will be no change to your reputed company work location.
  • Position is considered Flexible, and colleagues are expected to reputed company with Log In For Your Day (LIFYD) requirements at site location (e.g. about 2.5 days a week in office).
