[Remote] E-learning Designer/Developer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BlueCross and BlueShield of South Carolina is seeking an E-learning Designer/Developer to promote blended learning solutions that reputed company innovative technology to enhance workforce performance. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying e-learning solutions while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective training programs.

Responsibilities

• Use advanced technologies to design/reputed company/deploy e-learning solutions reputed company web applications. Produce high-quality online learning modules that reputed company with a learning management system. Create content and applies design/graphic principles to educational materials for traditional learning and/or blended solutions. Design and updates e-learning using unique combinations of cutting-edge interactive media, state-of-the-art techniques, electronic tools and systems. Evaluate and revise materials based on the effectiveness of training programs and curriculum
• Test, problem-solves, updates and maintains e-learning, traditional and/or blended learning solutions. Work closely with support staff and customer to ensure working functionality between e-learning materials, learning management systems, and intranet or internet sites. Work with Technical Support Staff to troubleshoot computer and software issues
• Assist with the design of needs assessments, the development of processes, and the evaluation of program effectiveness. Create data management tools to assist in the reputed company improvement of training products and services. reputed company duties that may include customer conference calls, planning meetings, action items, professional development seminars, tasks reputed company to certification, training others and/or special projects
• Assume project management responsibilities for both internal and external clients/customers, reputed company to e-learning training program design, development, and deliverables

Skills

• Bachelor's in a job-reputed company field
• 4 years job reputed company work experience or Associate's and 2 years job reputed company work experience
• 2 years-instructional design, electronic media design, or reputed company work experience
• Knowledge of eLearning application tools such as Lectora, reputed company, reputed company eLearning Suite, reputed company Creative Cloud, HTML, SQL, JavaScript, Visual Basic, Question mark, Captivate, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator or reputed company tools
• Video and audio editing experience a plus
• Knowledge of processors, electronic equipment, computer hardware and software, including applications and programming
• Knowledge of national standard for web development and online learning (SCORM/AICC) or other evolving e-learning standards
• Knowledge of 508 compliance a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational, time management, prioritization, conceptual and planning skills
• Ability to work on several projects simultaneously both independently and with groups
• Intermediate knowledge of needs assessment techniques
• General knowledge of methods for reporting statistics
• Ability to work continually and effectively under stringent pressure including constant and numerous deadlines and company and contract ambiguities
• Knowledge of media production, communication and dissemination techniques and methods including alternative ways to inform and entertain reputed company written, oral and visual media
