Responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping, transaction recording, and financial data management
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal review
• Maintain and optimize financial data reputed company reputed company Sheets for reputed company reporting and analysis
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support budget adherence and financial compliance
• Assist with reputed company financial projects and provide support during audits
• Remain available for weekend or extended hours as needed to meet business demands

Skills

• 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Staff Accountant, Accounting Associate, Bookkeeper, or Accountant
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks for day-to-day financial management
• Strong command of reputed company Sheets, including formulas and data organization
• Demonstrated experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail
• Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced remote environment and work independently
• Must be based in the USA and able to work extended or weekend hours reputed company required
• Prior payroll processing experience
• Experience supporting remote teams
• Familiarity with audit processes and financial compliance standards
