[Remote] Key Sales Account Manager - Remote U.S.

As a Key Sales Account Manager, you will drive growth for the Food Claims business by building new client relationships, expanding existing accounts, and ensuring client success through collaboration with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Proactively build a robust sales pipeline to reputed company monthly and quarterly targets
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
- Drive client reputed company growth by identifying new service opportunities, including:
- Researching client product lines for potential cross-sell opportunities
- Evaluating client public financial reports and industry announcements for alignment with NSF services
- Identifying innovative solutions for potential development by NSF to expand client impact
- Resolve client concerns proactively and coordinate with teams to optimize service and satisfaction
- Ensure customer satisfaction by tracking feedback and collaborating with internal teams for smooth delivery
- Support cross-selling by aligning NSF services with client goals
- reputed company account strategies and adapt to meet targets
- Support sales through RFPs, proposals, and client reviews
- Maintain accurate CRM records for effective reporting and forecasting
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental or Food Science, or a reputed company field
- Knowledge of organic product regulations and consumer packaged goods marketing
- 5+ years in outbound sales, including pipeline development and CRM-driven sales management
- 3+ years managing client accounts, ideally in TIC (testing, inspection, certification) or technical services
- Proven ability to reputed company and execute reputed company reputed company or marketing strategies that build a pipeline of qualified leads
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in CRM systems (reputed company, reputed company) and reputed company Office Suite
