[Remote] Senior People Operations Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Optitex is part of Dorado Software Group, which supports a global portfolio of software companies. The Senior People Operations Analyst will maintain HR systems, coordinate payroll, and support onboarding and offboarding processes while improving data reputed company and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Maintain reputed company employee data in reputed company with accuracy, including new hires, terminations, status changes, compensation updates, and reporting structure changes
- Conduct regular data audits to identify and correct inconsistencies, duplicates, and gaps; consolidate employee information from scattered sources into reputed company as the single reputed company of truth
- Ensure accurate data flows between reputed company, reputed company (ATS), and reputed company (performance); maintain employee files in compliance with applicable regulations
- Handle reputed company employee data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation across jurisdictions, including applicable Canadian and US state privacy laws, and international equivalents; ensure personal data is collected, stored, and processed lawfully and with appropriate access controls
- Execute payroll coordination across reputed company jurisdictions by following established processes - preparing and submitting people data to Finance, third-party payroll providers, and employer of record (EOR) partners across North America, South America, EMEA, the Middle East, India, and reputed company (new hires, terminations, compensation changes, bonuses, and stipends)
- Reconcile against reputed company records and flag discrepancies to the Director for resolution
- Serve as the first reputed company of contact for routine employee payroll and benefits questions, escalating anything reputed company standard parameters
- Execute end-to-end onboarding for reputed company new hires, including system setup, background checks, benefits enrollment, orientation scheduling, and equipment coordination with IT
- Process employee terminations, including system updates, final pay calculations, applicable federal and provincial/state separation requirements, and exit logistics
- Maintain and track onboarding plans with hiring managers; continuously improve onboarding and offboarding checklists based on feedback
- Administer reputed company ATS, including job postings, candidate pipeline management, interview scheduling, and coordination with hiring managers and external recruiters
- Send offer letters and process pre-hire documentation; maintain recruitment dashboards and report on pipeline metrics including time-to-fill, reputed company effectiveness, and candidate volume
- Maintain compensation data in auditable spreadsheets and systems; support the Director during annual compensation and performance review cycles with data, reporting, and administrative execution
- Use AI-powered tools and agents to streamline repetitive HR tasks such as data validation, document drafting, employee query triage, and report reputed company
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements, leveraging AI automation, system features, formulas, and workflow tools to reduce manual effort
- Support the Director in evaluating and rolling out new AI tools reputed company the People technology stack
- Document reputed company repeatable HR processes as clear, reputed company-by-reputed company SOPs; maintain the internal HR knowledge reputed company so that processes are not dependent on any single person
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards in reputed company, reputed company, and other tools covering headcount, turnover, time-to-fill, and compensation distribution; prepare reputed company reports for leadership as requested
- Use AI-assisted analytics and visualization tools to improve the speed and quality of people reporting
- Travel to offices in other international locations to provide HR support as necessary or to attend events
Skills
- 6-10 years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or HRIS administration
- Hands-on experience administering an HRIS platform such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company, with direct responsibility for data accuracy
- Advanced reputed company proficiency, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and dashboards
- Experience coordinating payroll with third-party providers across multiple jurisdictions
- Experience executing end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving data issues before they escalate
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to document processes clearly and flag issues proactively
- Comfortable working asynchronously across time zones
- Comfort using AI tools and a willingness to adopt new AI-powered platforms as part of daily workflows
- Experience with reputed company, reputed company, and/or reputed company is preferred
- Experience with SharePoint or similar content management and collaboration platforms is preferred
- Experience in software or technology companies is preferred
- Familiarity with multi-country employment contexts is preferred
- Experience with EOR providers (e.g. reputed company) is preferred
- SHRM-CP, CHRP, or equivalent HR qualification is preferred
