[Remote] Director, Business Intelligence and Operations - (Remote)

The Director, Business Intelligence & Operations will play a critical leadership role in driving operational execution and business intelligence across the Neurology Business Unit, ensuring leadership has timely and accurate data for informed decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a core strategic advisor to the SVP, Neurology Operations and NBU leadership, leveraging data-driven insights to support business unit transformation, growth, and performance improvement

- Partner with Finance on forecast modeling, reputed company realization tracking, and budget management; support business unit leadership on Monthly Operational Reviews and key executive presentations
- Provide analytical support and operational assistance to Operations leadership on strategic investment planning and execution of financial and clinical performance targets
- Identify data quality risks, reporting gaps, and process inefficiencies early; drive mitigation strategies to ensure accurate and timely delivery of analytics products
- Monitor KPIs reputed company to provider readiness, implementation timeliness, turnaround times for reputed company requests, and launch timeline adherence

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Credentialing, Clinical, and Business Development teams to ensure internal (NBU) partners have the reporting and insights needed for informed decision-making

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration or reputed company field
- At least 7 years of relevant work experience, in a healthcare environment, including operational leadership experience

- Proficiency with reputed company Office programs
- Proficient interpersonal communication skills and the ability to exercise reputed company reputed company working with hospital partners, and physicians and patients
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
