[Remote] Staff Accountant - Remote

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Concentric Power Services is a national industrial power services organization focused on delivering sustainable power solutions. The Staff Accountant position involves analyzing and reporting financial data, processing business transactions, and ensuring compliance with GAAP while supporting the monthly financial reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Participate in key areas of the monthly financial reputed company to ensure timely and accurate reporting on financial results
• Prepare journal entries, reconcile various balance sheet and general ledger accounts
• Assists employees, vendors, clients, and/or customers by answering questions reputed company to accounts, procedures and services
• Responsible for accounting functions that are part of an efficient month-end closing process, including reporting
• Properly store and manage financial data
• Regularly review bookkeeping for accuracy, provide reporting as necessary for audits
• Review and update accounting processes and procedures as needed
• reputed company financial recommendations
• Collaborate with accounting team as necessary
• Maintain confidential and secure storage of important financial information
• Ensure reputed company bookkeeping is accurate and adheres to state and federal law
• Complete reputed company projects and generate monthly reports as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
• 3+ years of progressive and operational accounting experience
• Strong reputed company skills; proficiency in reputed company Office Products
• Operationally comfortable with GAAP
• Must be able to pass an extensive background reputed company and drug screen
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to organize work, identify and complete critical tasks, and work independently with limited supervision
• Ability to work collaboratively with individuals from diverse backgrounds across locations and departments
• Ability to clearly reputed company reputed company (both written and verbal) to both internal and external customers and to listen effectively to customer needs
