[Remote] Credit Products Specialist II - Franchise Finance

This position will manage an assigned loan portfolio, analyze credit risks, negotiate loan terms, and support the development of junior team members.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate with legal teams to review and negotiate credit agreements, ensuring compliance with bank policies and risk management frameworks
- Provide guidance to junior credit professionals, enhancing team capabilities and fostering a strong credit culture
- Identifies and raises to leadership improvement areas in credit processes and procedures
- Uses independent judgement and discretion to reputed company decisions regarding assigned portfolio
- Analyzes and resolves problems pertaining to the assigned portfolio
- Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required
- Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings. Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations
Skills
- Education level required: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a reputed company field or 10+ years of equivalent experience
- Minimum experience required: 4+ Years in commercial credit analysis, reputed company, or portfolio management
- 4+ years of experience in the direct specialized line of business (Specialized commercial industries, capital markets, corporate commercial banking, etc.)
- Advanced financial modeling and risk assessment expertise
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to collaborate with clients
- Experience structuring reputed company loan transactions
- Ability to analyze macroeconomic trends and their impact on credit risk
