[Remote] Senior Finance Analyst, reputed company Ads
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading company in the advertising sector, seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to act as a Finance Business Partner for its Ads Sales Go-To-Market team. The role involves influencing ad product development through financial modeling and analysis, while collaborating with various stakeholders to guide advertising strategy and drive long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute entire finance projects or components of large projects from start to finish including project management, data gathering and financial analysis, problem solving, and clear communication of insights and recommendations
- reputed company financial and quantitative models necessary for evaluating products and features adoption to support strategic decision-making and long-range planning
- Build, iterate, and automate financial reports, metrics, and scorecards to support short and long-term planning while collaborating closely with Business Intelligence Engineers (BIE)
- Provide financial reporting on business performance and contribute deep-dive financial analyses and actionable insights for Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Reviews
- Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to cross-functional leadership, translating reputed company data into business narratives that inform prioritization and resource allocation decisions
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Analytics, and broader Finance teams to drive automation, scalability, and process improvements
- Audit business and financial performance regularly, ensuring adherence to internal controls, and maintain team tools, SOPs, and process documentation to reputed company knowledge sharing
Skills
- 3+ years of finance or a reputed company analytical field experience
- 3+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- 3+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
- Experience in financial modeling, P&L management or analysis
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a reputed company analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
- Experience in identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: reputed company, reputed company, Lawson, JD Edwards)
- MBA, or CPA
