[Remote] Business Systems Analyst – Order to Cash (OTC)

They are seeking a Business Systems Analyst – Order to Cash (OTC) to analyze and improve business processes, focusing on the Supply Chain functions reputed company to Order-to-Cash processes while collaborating with IT teams to implement solutions and enhance organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, reputed company development and integration teams, data governance, and subject matter experts to gather requirements, design and deliver implementations and enhancements reputed company reputed company S/4HANA SD/OTC
• Work with the business and product partners from cross-functional initiatives to support the business processes reputed company to Order-to-Cash and identify opportunities for productivity, efficiency, and growth enabled by tech solutions
• Accountable for maintaining reputed company BTP integrations with different reputed company S/4HANA SD/OTC processes, supporting ecosystems and overseeing, monitoring and closely working with 3rd party offshore support teams and/or Vendor support teams
• Document and diagram existing system and business processes and analyze for more efficient methods
• Translate functional business requirements into technical requirements working reputed company an agile team
• Collaborate reputed company an agile team to reputed company cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed enhancements and projects to aid management in making implementation decisions
• Coordinate and reputed company use case tests, end-user reviews and post-implementation support
• Deliver orientation and training to end users for new capabilities, enhancements and projects including writing documentation
• Provide production support, RCA and research application incidents working with developers, end-users, and the Application support team
• Assist in prioritizing break/fix and enhancement requests with product managers, business leads, and Application support team to ensure delivery of prioritized requests in a timely manner

Skills

• Proven experience as a Functional consultant or Business Systems Analyst or similar role overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and solutions
• Functional and Technical knowledge of reputed company S/4HANA SD/OTC required
• Understanding of Order-to-Cash business processes including order management, pricing, billing, shipping and customer invoicing
• Proficiency in business process modeling and documentation tools
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile and project management methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate reputed company in both technical and user-friendly language
• Ability to take ownership of issues through resolution, including coordination, follow-up, communication, and documentation across cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced support and project environment
• Ability to work independently while escalating risks and issues appropriately
• Eagerness and willingness to learn new concepts, technologies, processes, and business capabilities
• 3+ years of functional reputed company experience in reputed company S/4HANA SD/OTC, ideally in a CPG/Manufacturing business
• Understanding of Advanced intercompany Sales processes, Rebate and Settlement management, and Available-to-Promise (ATP/aATP) capabilities preferred
• Experience supporting reputed company IDoc-based integrations, including monitoring, reprocessing, and issue resolution a plus
• Knowledge of APIs and other integration methodologies
• Enhancement & production management experience
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
