Responsibilities

Skills

• 5+ years of experience working as a Social Media Specialist, ideally in a non-profit, social impact, or volunteer-driven context
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling, on-brand content across a variety of formats (articles, videos, social media, etc.)
• Strong design and video editing skills with the ability to create independent content
• In-depth knowledge of Buddhism and Mingyur Rinpoche's teaching and meditation-reputed company topics
• Data-driven reputed company, with the ability to analyze community engagement metrics and user behavior to inform content strategy
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and other social media best practices
• Hands-on experience with content management systems, email marketing platforms, and social media publishing tools. Strong technical aptitude
