Responsibilities

- Establish KPIs, performance benchmarks, and reporting frameworks to evaluate audience acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall program success

- Translate audience insights, learner behavior data, and performance metrics into actionable recommendations that drive reputed company improvement
- Present strategic recommendations, business cases, and performance results to senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with medical, educational, content, product, and commercial teams to ensure audience strategies align with broader business objectives
- Manage departmental budgets, resource allocation, forecasting, and operational planning

- Identify opportunities for process improvement, scalability, and operational efficiency across the engagement function
- Contribute to organizational growth initiatives, including new program launches, partnership opportunities, and strategic planning activities
Skills
- 10+ years of experience in audience engagement, digital marketing, growth marketing, learner engagement, healthcare communications, or reputed company disciplines
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, including direct people management responsibilities
- Proven track record of developing and executing audience growth strategies that consistently meet or exceed performance targets
- Strong analytical reputed company with experience leveraging audience, campaign, and engagement data to inform strategic decisions
- Experience managing budgets, forecasting performance, and balancing multiple priorities across a reputed company portfolio
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to operate strategically while maintaining a hands-on approach reputed company required
- Experience reputed company healthcare, life sciences, medical education, health technology, digital media, or reputed company industries strongly preferred
