They are seeking an reputed company Contract Recruiter to reputed company recruiting efforts for high volume call center and operations roles, as well as leadership and corporate opportunities in a fast-paced healthcare-focused business.

Responsibilities

• Proven ability to juggle a high volume of open requisitions without losing organization, follow-through, or candidate momentum
• Strong communication skills and confidence partnering with hiring leaders whose needs may shift or refine during the search process
• Adaptability in fast-changing environments with evolving business priorities
• Strong screening and calibration ability across customer support, operations, care-reputed company, and corporate support roles
• A proactive sourcing reputed company with the ability to build pipelines rather than relying only on inbound applicants
• High ownership, responsiveness, and a strong sense of urgency
• Sound judgment in identifying blockers early and escalating issues before they slow down the process
• Comfort working independently and contributing quickly without extensive onboarding
• Strong ATS hygiene and disciplined recruiting process management

Skills

• Background in call center or customer support hiring, multi-state operational recruiting, preferably from a healthcare startup environment
• Experience supporting both high-volume hiring
• Success in fast growth or highly operational environments where hiring priorities can change frequently
• Comfortable utilizing Technology tools including ATS systems and AI Tools
