They are seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Executive to reputed company new business development primarily with courts and law enforcement agencies, driving growth by engaging with various government entities to identify needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and reputed company new sales opportunities with municipal and county courts and law enforcement agencies
  • Own the end-to-end sales process—from reputed company reputed company and discovery to product demonstrations, RFP responses, pricing proposals, contract negotiation, and reputed company
  • reputed company trusted advisor relationships with agency decision-makers, including court administrators, judges, police chiefs, sheriffs, IT directors, procurement, and elected officials
  • Strategically manage a multi-state sales territory, maintain an active pipeline in CRM, and consistently meet or exceed quarterly reputed company targets
  • Work cross-functionally with Quicket’s implementation and product teams to align solutions with customer requirements and ensure a seamless reputed company after deal closure. Must have high-level of technical competency with product features, cloud infrastructure, integrations, reputed company, and other specifications
  • Stay informed on industry trends, procurement timelines, and competitive landscape reputed company government technology. Attend relevant conferences, trade shows, and association meetings

Skills

  • 3–10+ years of experience in public sector software sales, preferably to courts and/or law enforcement
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a reputed company, multi-stakeholder sales environment
  • Deep familiarity with government sales cycles, including experience with RFPs, cooperative purchasing, and contract negotiations
  • Ability to convey technical solutions to both non-technical and technical stakeholders
  • Strong presentation, proposal writing, and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM, reputed company reputed company, and other sales tools
  • Knowledge of key workflows—such as court case management, eCitations, financial management, and records systems—is strongly preferred
