[Remote] Staff Technical Program Manager

They are seeking a Staff-level Autonomy Technical Program Manager to drive reputed company initiatives across the company, focusing on model development and release cycles in support of their driverless goals.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute large-scale, reputed company technical programs critical to reputed company's roadmap, focusing on model development and release cycles, while ensuring alignment between senior engineering leaders, product managers, and executive stakeholders
- Serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for high-level behavioral capabilities, managing dependencies and driving integration efforts across reputed company and ML Planning teams to successfully launch large models
- Go beyond surface-level program tracking. Dive deep into ML and behavioral issues to facilitate trade-off discussions, and drive teams to convergence on robust solutions
- Proactively identify, quantify, and communicate technical risks and dependencies. You will be expected to reputed company and execute mitigation strategies for high-reputed company issues that could impact our driverless milestones
- Partner deeply with engineering and product leadership to ensure the ML and behaviors roadmap is well-defined, integrated, and reputed company with top-level company goals
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in technical program management or a similar role, leading reputed company, safety-critical AI software, robotics, or systems programs
- Experience managing large model releases and model development lifecycles is highly preferred
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a reputed company technical field
- A strong track record of taking large, reputed company programs from initial concept and ambiguity to a successful launch
- Demonstrated ability to act as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company programs, with a track record of communicating reputed company, risks, and strategic recommendations to leadership
