The role involves teaching various subjects while fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment, providing feedback, and collaborating with peers to enhance instruction.

Responsibilities

• Teach 11-week live, online courses using engaging, student-centered instructional strategies
• Foster an inclusive, supportive environment that promotes active learning and student participation
• Provide timely, constructive feedback and respond to student inquiries reputed company 24 hours
• Host weekly reputed company to deepen student understanding and build community
• Work with Teaching Assistants to co-manage the course, including mentoring the TA on effective grading and student engagement practices
• Evaluate student reputed company, maintain grade records, and submit mid quarter and end of quarter evaluations
• Collaborate with peers and reputed company staff to share best practices and continuously improve instruction
• Contribute to co-curricular programming (e.g., speaker series, networking events) to enrich the student experience

Skills

• Master's degree in your subject area
• At least 2 years of teaching experience at the college/university level
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom facilitation skills
• Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including LMS and video conferencing

• Proactive, reliable, and committed to high-quality online education
