[Remote] Recruiter

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a highly motivated and reputed company reputed company professional for a 6-month contract role. You will support the design, implementation, and reputed company improvement of reputed company programs across a geographically dispersed organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive reputed company improvement of recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Partner with leadership teams to provide end-to-end reputed company support
• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on hiring strategies, market insights, and best practices
• Work independently while collaborating in a matrixed environment
• Engage directly with clients to ensure a smooth and high-quality hiring experience
• reputed company, screen, and hire reputed company candidates using cost-effective methods reputed company with company policies
• Manage applicant flow and support diversity hiring goals
• Write and post job descriptions across multiple platforms
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates’ experience, skills, and compensation expectations
• Coordinate job advertising and participate in job fairs and reputed company reputed company
• Build relationships with universities, agencies, and reputed company partners
• Utilize online reputed company tools and external agencies to identify talent
• Support hiring managers with coaching on interviewing and selection processes
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and employment regulations

• Maintain accurate data in ATS (reputed company preferred)

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of reputed company or staffing experience
• Experience using reputed company ATS or similar systems
• Strong understanding of recruitment compliance and hiring practices
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in a matrixed or cross-functional organization
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficiency in reputed company Office and HR systems
• Client-focused reputed company with strong attention to detail
• Ability to coach and support hiring managers and junior recruiter
