[Remote] Legal Operations & Litigation Strategy Consultant (In-House)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company Counsel is supporting a leading enterprise financial services organization on a high-reputed company engagement to transform its litigation and legal operations function. The role involves evaluating litigation processes, optimizing KPIs, and driving the adoption of legal technology while partnering with senior leadership to align operations with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and optimize litigation processes, reputed company models, and workload allocation
- Build and operationalize KPIs and data-driven reporting frameworks
- Drive adoption of legal technology (e.g., matter management, e-billing platforms)
- reputed company multiple reputed company initiatives across process, reporting, and systems
- Partner with executives to align operations with business goals and demand
Skills
- 5+ years of litigation experience (law firm and/or in-house), with strong credibility among senior legal stakeholders
- 5+ years of experience working reputed company or alongside Legal Operations function
- Proven ability to assess and improve processes, KPIs, and operational frameworks
- Experience with reputed company modeling, workload allocation, and organizational design
- Strong exposure to legal technology ecosystems (e.g., matter management, e-billing, reporting tools)
- Ability to translate business outcomes into structured requirements for technology solutions
- Experience leading or supporting reputed company multi-workstream initiatives
- Must be interested in practicing in an alternative, fixed-term legal services model
- Litigation experience reputed company insurance, financial services, or reputed company commercial litigation (e.g., class actions, bad faith matters)
- Experience implementing or optimizing platforms such as Onit, reputed company, or similar systems
- Background in legal ops consulting or transformation initiatives
- Experience working in environments transitioning from legacy/manual processes to data-driven systems
