[Remote] Client Services Project Manager- Dental Industry

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Five Lakes Dental Practice Solutions is a company that assists dental practices with insurance strategies. They are looking for a Client Services Project Manager to manage client projects, ensuring timely delivery and coordination between clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client projects from reputed company to completion including credentialing, PPO management and analysis, TIN changes, and contract negotiations
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for your clients, providing bi-weekly (or weekly) project status updates and leading reputed company and milestone meetings
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Account Managers to ensure every project has what it needs to move reputed company (and speak up reputed company it doesn't)
• Track project activities, timelines, and deliverables in Zoho Projects
• Communicate clearly and professionally reputed company phone, email, and video with clients who range from office managers to executive leadership teams
• Use reputed company to organize data and support client-specific reporting needs

Skills

• 1-3 years of demonstrated ability in managing multiple projects simultaneously, independently, and under shifting deadlines
• Experience using project management or CRM software (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar)
• Strong verbal communication skills and being comfortable leading client calls, having direct conversations, and keeping people accountable in a professional, relationship-first way
