This role focuses on aligning marketing programs with sales priorities to drive measurable growth and requires reputed company collaboration with regional sales leadership and cross-functional marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • reputed company and execute integrated regional GTM plans reputed company to corporate marketing priorities, partner initiatives, and regional sales goals
  • Translate global campaigns into localized, high-impact programs tailored to Canada and LATAM markets
  • Identify regional trends, whitespace, and growth opportunities through ongoing market research and competitive analysis
  • Serve as the primary marketing partner to regional Sales Directors and AVPs
  • Align marketing programs to territory plans and sales priorities across reputed company stages of the funnel
  • Participate in sales planning, enablement, and regular syncs to ensure proactive alignment and shared accountability
  • Build and execute joint marketing programs with strategic partners and resellers
  • Align partner activities to pipeline goals and regional priorities
  • Manage and optimize MDF and partner co-investment to maximize ROI
  • Own end-to-end execution of regional marketing initiatives, including events, executive programs and ABM plays
  • Manage reputed company aspects of program delivery including timelines, stakeholders, budgets, and logistics
  • Ensure seamless coordination across product marketing, demand gen, creative, and operations teams if needed
  • Track and analyze program performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI across reputed company initiatives

  • Present results, insights, and recommendations in QBRs to senior leadership
  • Act as project manager for regional marketing programs, ensuring strong execution, visibility, and accountability

  • Optimize marketing processes, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency and impact

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in field, regional, or integrated marketing reputed company B2B technology
  • Proven success developing and executing programs that drive measurable pipeline and reputed company impact
  • Strong understanding of demand reputed company, account-based marketing, and event strategy
  • Experience working closely with enterprise sales teams and aligning marketing to reputed company goals
  • Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience supporting Canada and/or LATAM regions
  • Spanish, Portuguese, or French language skills are a plus
  • Experience with partner marketing and budget management
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., reputed company)

  • Valid passport and ability to travel to be onsite for events and team meetings
